Our Methods




Body Shape
Sculpt, tone, and strengthen your body. This class focuses on building muscle and burning fat to help shape your arms, legs, glutes, and core. Perfect if you want to look more toned, feel stronger, and improve your posture.
Extreme
High-energy, full-body challenge. Extreme is for those who want to push their limits with intense strength and conditioning workouts. Expect powerful movements, high effort, and serious results for strength, endurance, and confidence.
Burn
Fat-burning cardio with strength mix. Burn is designed to help you sweat, burn calories, and improve your heart health while still working your muscles. Great for weight loss, stamina, and feeling energized.
Hiit
Short, fast, and very effective workouts. HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) uses quick bursts of hard work followed by short rest periods. It boosts metabolism, burns fat fast, and keeps your body working even after class is over.
